Terms of Service
Book GACHA Box is an independently operated service for exchanging three-book gifts. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
Users create a gift by choosing three books and receive a three-book gift chosen by another user.
The service does not sell books; it provides a recommendation exchange experience.
2. Eligibility and use
An authenticated X account is required to use the service.
Illegal, abusive, defamatory, spammy, automated, or rights-infringing use is prohibited.
3. User content
Users are responsible for the book information, themes, comments, messages, and other content they submit.
The operator may hide, edit, or remove content deemed problematic for safety or quality reasons.
4. External services
The service may use X OAuth, ISBNdb API, Cloudflare, Cloudflare Turnstile, Amazon, Google AdSense, and other external services.
Some features may become unavailable due to outages, changes, or termination of external services.
5. Advertising and affiliate links
The service may use Amazon Associates, Google AdSense, or other advertising and affiliate programs.
Public pages may display submitted content together with advertisements or affiliate links.
Amazon links are provided to help discover the relevant book on Amazon and do not require a purchase.
6. Editing, deleting, and anonymizing published content
Once a gift is matched and published, submitted content such as book selection, theme, comments, messages, and ratings cannot generally be edited or deleted.
However, users may anonymize the X account information (username, display name, profile image) attached to their own published gift through the service.
For deletion, non-public, correction, or privacy requests on submitted content, please use the contact form.
7. Disclaimer
The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or legality of submitted recommendations.
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
